Following those matches, there will be an all-star dual with the coaches and clinicians selecting the best two athletes from each weight class. Each team will be assigned a current UTC wrestler to help coach their team with warm-ups, technique, and live competition.

These camps are designed for a wide range of skill levels and ages, and will incorporate live competition as well as technique instruction and drilling. Some of the best college coaches around the country will be assisting with these camps.

  • Intensive Training Camp

This is perfect for athletes getting ready for Junior and Cadet Nationals, and will benefit athletes serious about winning state and national titles. Athletes will be pushed hard throughout the day and will receive close instruction on the proper nutrition, training in and out of season, and recuperation.
